Team invitations etc. should not be centered

When you are invited to a team - the dialogue is centered on the screen and it takes up alot of space. This caused me to die because I was in the middle of a battle with low hit points. I was blocking (both triggers on gamepad) so I had no free hands to click Accept or Decline.

I would have teamed too - but then I was annoyed at getting killed solely due to the invitation, so I declined.

It would be better if an icon + message appeared to the side/bottom of the screen. Kind of like a
"recent activity queue" so that multiple events requiring action could accumulate - without hindering/obscuring normal gameplay.

Or better yet: just make that module movable and resizable like most of the other modules in the UI.
